UPDATE | TREY CANARD BERCY AND GENOA SUPERCROSS

We simply got this official statement about Trey Canard and the International Bercy and Genoa SX races:

Carlsbad, Calif. – Honda Racing rider Trey Canard won’t go to the Genoa Supercross and Supercross of Bercy universal Supercross races in November.

Refering to the need to recover after a long 2010 race season and get ready for the up and coming 2011 Supercross season, Canard stated, “It’s been a long, energizing year and I truly need to utilize this opportunity to lay and concentrate on getting ready for the up and coming season with my new group and patrons. This was the most races I have ever dashed in a season and one year from now will be a considerably longer season for me.” He proceeded with, “I value all the diligent work by Eric [Peronnard, Bercy Supercross representative] and Paul [Lindsey, Genoa Supercross representative], and value their comprehension and support.”

Genoa Supercross will happen November 13, 2010 in Genoa, Italy, and Supercross of Bercy will occur November 19-21, in Paris, France.

After an amazing season in which he was delegated Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Lites Champion, and Motocross of Nations Team Champion, Canard’s bounce to the huge bicycles is an eagerly awaited one. Canard begins the 2011 Supercross season on January eighth at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, California.
