REPORT | ATL 450 SUPER SPOILER
We have ourselves another champ in Monster Energy Supercross 2013—and it’s one of the old victors. James Stewart has experienced a harsh run early this season, yet following half a month of change, it was clear he may have the stuff to get a win—and when he caught the holeshot in Atlanta, it was on.
However, goodness, it wouldn’t be simple on the grounds that Ryan Villopoto was in that spot behind him. The colossal group prepared themselves for a fight, yet the lead settled between 1-2 seconds the entire way, and Villopoto was never fully ready to challenge. Stewart did the harm in a musicality path by hopping a twofold off of a winged serpent back, something Villopoto was not doing. Past that, they appeared to be even-up in speed.
Focuses pioneer Davi Millsaps logged another solid keep running with a third, holding off the advances of Justin Barcia, who followed off down the extend. At that point came Trey Canard in fifth, simply holding off Ryan Dungey. Next came 450 newcomer Eli Tomac, Jake Weimer, Chad Reed and Mike Alessi.
