Michael Leib will have a new team to ride

Michael Leib will have a new team to ride for when he returns for Lucas Oil Pro Motocross– BPRacing/Home Depot Yamaha. The new team, based out of Washington, has signed Leib for the remainder of 2015. Leib broke his right tib/fib, his right foot, right big toe, and left pinky toe during practice in Oakland, but is expected to return for Lucas Oil Pro Motocross.

” We are excited to help Michael move to the next level with our team,” said Steve Oslund, team owner. “He has an impressive resume as a privateer and with our Factory Yamaha support, his professional work ethic/ dedication to winning. We only see this as a win-win for everyone involved.”

At this time, the deal is only for the first three rounds of Lucas Oil Pro Motocross. When the series moves east, the team will evaluate whether Leib stays and tests in California or goes to the next rounds. Leib is also expected to ride the Washougal and Utah Nationals for the team.
