UPDATE | JAKE MOSS
After an extremely great first moto in the 450 class at Thunder Valley where he completed fourth (in the wake of running third for a significant part of the race), Troy Lee Designs Honda rider Jake Moss endured a quite hard get-off right on time in the second moto which thumped him out. “He couldn’t see a knock on that huge advance up on the best piece of the track,” group chief David Pingree revealed to us this today. “Jake got tossed over the bars pretty savagely. Chad Reed and Chris Blose both saw it and said they had a craving for pulling off the track to keep an eye on him. He was thumped oblivious quickly yet was alert inside seconds when the primary individual got to him (which happened to be Troy Lee). Incredibly, he had not very many scratches or checks on him. As he gets a kick out of the chance to joke, “His face diminished the blow.” He has a cut to his left side eye and an entirely frightful shiner however he is improving at this point. We’ll check with Dr. Bodnar about precisely to what extent he should remain off the bicycle and settle on a choice by and large.”
